Parent Informational Video: Dual Language and Transitional Bilingual ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Programs in New York State
New York State students have the opportunity to attend bilingual programs that support bilingualism and biliteracy. Our schools offer Dual Language Bilingual ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ and Transitional Bilingual ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ programs in a variety of languages. This video shares parents’ views about why they chose bilingual programs and how their choices impact their children’s education and their families’ experiences overall.Ìý The video also provides a brief overview of parents’ rights.
