Bilingual ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Toolkit

The ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ (NYSED) is pleased to share our new Bilingual ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Toolkit.

This resource is created through a collaboration between the Office of Bilingual ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ and World Languages (OBEWL) and the Bilingual ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Advisory Panel, which is comprised of Regional Bilingual ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Resource Network (RBERN) personnel and key district leaders from the English Language Learner (ELL) Leadership Council. These experts have shared their vision and knowledge to support district leaders and teachers who are considering, starting, running, and/or maintaining quality Bilingual ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ programs.Ìý

Bilingual ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Resources: Supporting and Sustaining Initiative

The ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ (NYSED) is pleased to share a series of resources for educators produced by the CUNY-New York State Initiative on Emergent Bilinguals (CUNY-NYSIEB)/ CUNY-Bilingual ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Resources: Supporting and Sustaining Initiative. This was a collaborative project of theÌýResearch Institute for the Study of Language in Urban SocietyÌý(RISLUS) and theÌýPh.D. Program in Urban ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ funded by the NYSED from 2011 to 2019. These materials include resources for educators working with diverse groups of Multilingual Learners (MLs) and English Language Learners (ELLs) in a variety of settings.
